Leeds-based digital marketing agency Creode has acquired a counterpart specialising in website design and development, SEO and paid search management.

The deal for Blue Digital, which is also based in Leeds, will enable Creode to strengthen its digital offering and better serve its clients by incorporating the acquired business’ expertise in digital marketing.

The terms of the deal are undisclosed, but both Creode and Blue Digital are confident that the merger will bring significant benefits to both companies, as well as to their clients.
